Here is my framework of my paper.
I feel, it is not enough.
But I cannot understand what is lack.

Topic: The meaning of internet in the contemprary society
Issue: theoretical arguments of social change and social impact
C.Q: Whether internet can change the society or not?
If it can do, how can intenet change the society?

#My stand point (assumption) to intenet

* internet is the place people can freely talk and communiaction because its cost is lower than publishing the book and so on in real world and speaker is protected from other’s violence in internet. Real communication is regulated by the situation, time, space and occasion. But people can make the situation by themselves, it means they can speak
what they want to speak when they want to do. In other words, people can take distance from the power of the real world.

* internet is the place make various people keeping plural because people can freely access to there. Even if any occupation, any class, any thought, any oppinion, any race, any countries, everybody can access there. On the contrary, real world place is regulated by some social, economical, political and cultural attribution. But internat is not always plural place. It has jsut the bigger possibility of plurality than real world. The condition of the plurality, I think, the residence of the internet can respect each other and self and they create the reciprocal relations.

* internet is the place people can change the self if there is plural place because plurality bring them new vision of the self, others and society. When a person communicate with others in the plural condition, he/she can get the vision or oppinion which he/she cannot get and imagine by oneself. After that, they can change and re-create themselves.

** internet is the place of the network of the people sharing the interest and experience and can change the society because people sharing same interest can connect with other community in intenet by searching his/her own interest. If the network can keep plurality, the network can change itself. If there is large-scale, it can impact on the society.

*** The reason that I want to approache like these arguments is that contemporary real society regulate these process. The power of contorl become bigger and tighter in the begining of 21st century. But internet is “relatively"free from the power.

Partially some arguments are not supported by scholoars in above. It includes the my assumption. But Castells seems to be important, because “network society” he published is
explain the change of social structure since infomation technology has highly developed.
Again, I want to think about the meaning of the internet in the society of begining of 21st century. In this paper, I want to show the theoretical possibility of social change.
